One-time CSV imports

One-time imports are designed for quick, ad-hoc data uploads into Endear. No integration setup is required — just upload your CSV directly from the Endear dashboard.

When to use one-time imports

• Data migration — moving customer data, staff, and notes from another clienteling or CRM system into Endear
• Manual uploads — importing data that lives in spreadsheets or other sources outside of any integrated platform
• Getting started — seeding your Endear environment with an initial dataset to start working immediately

Supported data types

One-time imports support the following data types:

1. Customers — customer profiles with contact info, addresses, and tags
2. Customer assignments — link customers to staff members
3. Marketing consent — email and SMS marketing consent status
4. Suppressions — suppressed contacts
5. Notes — attach notes to customer profiles
6. Staff members — team members who can access Endear
